Pigeon Peas – 1/4Cup (50gms)
Tomatoes – 3 (270gms)
Water – 700ml
Tamarind – 10gms
Water – To Extract Grog From Tamarind – 150ml
Salt – Touch on Taste (1 1/4tsp)
Turmeric Powder – 1/8tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1/2tsp
Melted Ghee – 2tsps
Fenugreek Seeds – 5
Mustard Seeds – 1/4tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4tsp
Curry Leaves – Few
Asafoetida – A Pinch
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 1/2Tbsps

Preparations:
